That's why anyone can be turned into a killer. These murders by cop are not mistakes. They are a product of the institution which has trained them and the culture that it maintains. They are not accidentally drawing their guns and firing into another human being. It's an extremely intentional act. Consider how much worse our predicament would be if, in addition to systemic racism, we had a problem with cops accidentally shooting their guns into people.
The easiest way to make people killers is a uniform and an idea.
You can fix ignorance, you can't fix stupid.
