We got ourselves into this mess because people were starving in a labor economy. Now we're overfed and undernourished in a service economy.
Truthfully, mine came from commuting 2.5 - 3 hours a day for 25 years. And consuming grain after the yeast defecated it. I should name my belly "Sammy" after that Sam Adams guy's products.
