Stupidest show airing on television?

Okay, I found the Italian show, and here's the description:

* '''''Paperissima''''' (can be translated as "Super Goofs") is basically the Italian edition of ''Series/AmericasFunniestHomeVideos'', but worse in multiple ways. First, the clips that are actually made in Italy are very few (something like 20 homemade clips in each edition, plus a bunch of blooper reels from whatever shows are airing on Mediaset channels at the moment), with most of them being recycled from the American and UK editions of the show. Second, here's the actual problem: ''they stopped getting new clips after a few years''. Yes, the show first aired in 1990, but nowadays the newest clips aired are from ''1995''. They went on for 20 years with the exact same clips, and eventually began to do stuff such as blurring out idents from the earlier editions of the shows to make it look like the clips were aired for the first time, or even ''Wiki: '', expecting that by doing so the audience will believe that Wiki: . Sometimes they Wiki: (then again, which smartphone made since 2015 has a camera with such grainy quality?). Another difference with this version is that funny noises are added to videos where ''people get severely hurt'', and they don't even spare videos with animals, adding the most ear-grating and annoying voices, totally ruining the fun factor that made those shorts funny. The show came in two formats: the regular one that aired weekly until 2013 (usually lasting for no more than two months at a time), and the "Sprint" edition which is still aired as of 2017 (which is a 20-minute version that airs during weekends for most of the year and ''every single day'' during Summer), and both are framed with the hosts doing unfunny sketches (the weekly edition was filmed before a live audience: we can only imagine the experience of watching any opening sketch from the show without the ConspicuousCG used to Wiki: ).

Reason it was removed from the list: Looked at some episodes. Didn’t resemble the description of the videos.
