the Bible I noticed there were 2 versions of The Ten Commandments, and I reasoned with myself, paraphrasing, why would God need 2 versions? He's God, yet He can't get it "right" the first time?

Great question/change. What passages are you specifically referring to? I know there is a non standard version of the 10 commandments in the bible however the guy I got this info from gave the impression that he was forcing so I wanted to read it all for myself only got distracted by other problems the bible was creating (see picture).

Can you give me the passages for the location of these things? With a small explanation?
