Their unions are great, as people learned in the last bit of outrage. Double OT, hell.. claim a vacation day while you're at it, and you know it's your off-shift hour so that's worth something extra - then there are the benefits. Meanwhile, the guy who mows lawns for a living gets less than minimum wage for greater risk.
