I know exactly who was responsible for the slaughter in Christchurch. He was an Islamophobic white supremacist and the people he killed and injured did nothing - absolutely NOTHING - to deserve what happened to them. You get no argument from me on that score.
I’ve had more experience with white, non-Muslim terrorists than you can possibly imagine, so kindly fuck off.
You do realize that terror attacks by Muslim extremists are still taking place, right? And that the harm caused by their earlier attacks still lingers, right?
I don’t deny that there’s a lot of unwarranted anti-Muslim sentiment in the world - no rational person could deny that. But there’s nothing wrong with anti-terrorist sentiment. ‘I hate Muslims because they’re all terrorists’ is an indefensible, idiotic statement. ‘I hate terrorists whether or not they’re Muslims’ is perfectly reasonable.

Attacks by Muslim extremists thin out when we observe just a single massacre from the other side.
Talking about Islamic terrorism when you are faced by a white non-Muslim terrorism is running from that truth.
Repeating that over and over means just one thing: you want us to stop looking at the terrorism of non-Muslims like the terrorist Tarrant and keep repeating the anti-Muslim propaganda over and over. Cheap if you ask me.
That's not how dead people work, at all. Nothing thins out in this little cycle of misery, and the beef between islamists and white supremacists feeds into both islamism and white supremacy. Each pointing to the existence of the other as though this somehow explained their own.
In a sense, I suppose they do - competing claims to supremacy can't stand each other - go figure.
