Yea, and that would kill Biden. This isn't about ethics for the GOP, but they have won far too many midterm and presidential elections by bating the sane into arguments like this. It is about the middle, moderates and swing states. 

No, public perception got the orange fucker elected in the first place. 

We already failed once trying to impeach him. Our best bet now is to vote him out in November.

Voting him out in November won’t stop the appointment of a conservative justice. Impeachment might.

Far less risky than attempting a second impeachment and losing, verses having the ability to expand the SCOTUS when Biden wins.

A second impeachment attempt will turn away moderate and swing voters. AGAIN, we are not dealing with Nixon's era here.
