I don't trust online paying because of hacking. I have gotten used to phone voice command, but I hate push button/or in the case of cell phones, touch screen command, because I have a crappy burner phone and big stubby fingers.
I love voice to voice with a real person. That way if something is entered wrong, they repeat it back to me, and I correct them. But if it is automated by touch screen, it keeps dumping me back and re asking me and I get dumped out of the call if too many misunderstandings happen, then have to start the call all over again.
I will say if voice command were the majority of phone bill pay, I would be happy as a clam. I do have a couple of bills that are voice by phone that are 99% consistent. But I have never paid my bills on line, and never will.
