It was only a matter of time.
Turns out an officer involved was traipsing in and out of the scene against protocol asking the rest of the officers whether or not they found any guns. He was told to leave the scene immediately and connect with peer support - but he went to the hospital to have a chat with the police chief, instead. Then, all that done, whatever that was, he went through the normal process.
Additionally, the lone witness who described police as announcing..which the ag specifically leaned on in his remarks about the grand jury, didn't say as much the first time he was interviewed, or the second, but on the third interview over three months, all three interviews recorded.
