Since I land here nearly every day at least once, "Todays posts" suits me fine. If you are not a daily visitor, "new posts" might be more appropriate. "my posts" gets you the threads you are actually participating in.

I have no idea why this is difficult.

I don't think asking for pointers from the usual suspects based on their experience means that difficulty is involved.
