Hypothesis: On the off chance that The Simpsons ever ends (unlikely, given that it started airing 2 days after I was born and is still going), it will probably end like this sequence that I had to split up into three video, most likely with Homer killing Bart for real and the residents of Springfield using it as an excuse to destroy the city:

And, fun fact: Donald Sutherland's character in this film is actually named Homer Simpson. It seems that the naming was actually a coincidence, although Matt Groening did claim otherwise in a few interviews in 1990.
