This sort of shit stopped being shocking shortly after Lynndie England and company decided to go to Abu Gharib and make the inmates re-enact half of Salo. When you've seen things like a guy's bare ass being used for target practice, using a live prisoner as a settee, people shackled to a bed while someone's panties soaked in pee are kept on his face, dragging another live person by his neck like he's this toy dog that your kid sister is pretending to take for a walk, and that big naked human pyramid, drinking beer out of a dead guy's prosthetic leg isn't all that shocking.
