The subject is not one of scale, but of kind. Has the US killed more people than all Muslim nations combined? Almost certainly.  But it’s pretty disingenuous of Winter to constantly harp on the individual barbarities of Westerners while excusing (or at best ignoring) the same kind of atrocities committed by Muslims. 

He does somewhat better - in the sense of making more defensible points - when he talks about Western activities on a large scale in the Muslim world.

Fair enough. But you’re also perfectly happy to excuse/ignore Muslim atrocities when it suits you. Your profile amply demonstrates that as well.
