As a consequence of so many accidents of history, sure.   The US ended up being more competent and more capable than any muslim nation that's ever existed, or indeed all muslim nations that have ever existed combined - for better and for worse.

If you wanted to eradicate people -or- lift the entire world up in a rising tide, you'd want to take the us over the ummah.  Demonstrably better at it...all of it, lol.

Of course he is. Actually; trash and serial killers like this asshole are honored and given medals even after killing the brown trophies and drinking whiskey in the dead limbs of their victims. Who else stays in a dumpster like the battlefield operating heavy war machines for the west but trash like this?

I even doubt this leg belonged to a Taliban soldier, probably it was a civilian who got blown to pieces by an airstrike or something.
