It's a mystery how sociology makes people sick, and if it did, it would be an even bigger surprise to find that it was done on purpose.
The second amendment has nothing to do with why cops beat the living shit out of us. They do that in contradiction to our rights, not because of them...and...idk if you knew this or not...but our cops mostly like to beat the shit out of unarmed people. They're jackbooted fascist shitheels, not idiots with a deathwish.
I've heard lots of conservatives argue, poorly, for guns to defend civil liberties. Things they get right, though; guns don't actually make us more violent, and the places with the most guns are often the least violent places. As above, those aren't the reasons that our cops beat the living shit out of us.
