That’s how taboos start—this will never be a law for sure enforced by USA in other countries but when civilized world shuns something, there a shame element that governments around the world have deal with over and over again. Change takes a very long time but it starts with attitude change towards ideas.
As long as there is religion, there will be religious persecution.
