If his lawyers stick to that claim, they’ve got no grounds for change of venue, since they can’t claim overwhelming opposition to Trump. If they ask for change of venue because they claim that they can’t seat an impartial jury, it’s a tacit admission that the election WASN’T rigged, which is going to make their client very unhappy.
