Right; human behavior is more complex than can be predicted by a single category. Sex is just one of the most prominent ones (along with age and ethnicity); each of which has a gravity of its own that pulls behaviors towards some standard. I think what is pertinent here is that you are in fact aware of what the "standard" female behavior is, and have either felt pulled or pressured to assimilate to it even if it wasn't the right fit. I would be surprised if you've felt a similar push towards male behavior since you're not transgender.
You're correct; I have no desire to be a man, either. I'm comfortably ensconced right in the middle of the spectrum, not attracted by either extreme, picking and choosing interests on their own merits. (And as far as I can figure out, my primary motivations are artistic rather than sexual anyway -- I can happily spend days working on messy, gritty, interesting projects, and barely glance at attractive people from either gender.)
