We should judge people as individuals. We shouldn't assume that someone is hard working and responsible because they are [successful, responsible, confident, innovative, and beautiful], nor should we assume that someone is not hard working and irresponsible because they're [unsuccessful, irresponsible, doubtful, incapable, and ugly]. Being less [successful, responsible, confident, innovative and beautiful] doesn't mean anything because being [successful, responsible, confident, innovative and beautiful] doesn't mean anything. We are all individuals.

We're shitting on successful, responsible, confident, innovative and beautiful people...apparently. You're a racist. Stop. If being a racist is something you don't want to be, stop. If hearing people point out that you're a racist triggers you, stop. This one is entirely your call, as..just like your race, there is no racist gene making you anything. You could always...just....stop.
