I am amazed how people can over look the fact that the human body is such a magnificent work of art that to think it could be constructed without a master designer speaks for itself. With all of our scientific knowledge today we can construct skyscrapers, satellites, space probes, cell phones, beautiful homes, vehicles, etc, but we can not create on living cell from scratch.
Actually biologists did.
Although, I'm sure you're going to say something like, "See? This proves we were designed!" But, whatever...

They've found cycling liquid water and methane reproduction on Mars, which could possibly indicate sub-surface microbial life, which is wear many microbiologists theorize early microbial life began and evolved on Earth. We also haven't looked for life in any accurate manner on any planets other than Mars... or moons... or solar systems.
Measuring generally helps to detect things, FYI.
(We also haven't detected God over a thousand years of measuring, so does this mean you think he doesn't exist?)

Don't you thing God will do the same to his enemies? Unfortunately he will. "Jacob have I loved, Esau have I hated." Which one would you like to be in the end?
Well he certainly hasn't yet. Pagans make up the majority of the global population. Furthermore, the only ancient civilization that has enjoyed a continuous existence into the modern era is China, which has never been Christian. Does this mean God is communist or does it mean he's Chinese?
I like the latter as it explains why he doesn't answer prayers: he doesn't understand them in English, and only 3% of China is Christian.
justthetruth Wrote:The universe had a beginning. Do atheist argue that fact? Their leaders no longer do.
Atheists don't have "leaders". If you mean "scientists", they still discuss this topic rather thoroughly and have not reached a consensus.
Furthermore you need to define what you mean by "beginning", "nothingness", and "universe". Once you reach very high energies as near the boundaries of spacetime, common concepts become fairly meaningless. Also, our common ideas actually inaccurately describe the physical characteristics of the universe anyway.

That was 23 years ago and I am still here and in good health. So you see my faith made me whole. People can believe what they want; I know he has taken care of me. My heart can never be changed.
Sorry to hear and glad you're alright, but unfortunately, as indicated in the above link, God doesn't listen to the prayers of any other Christian in similar situations. Not even 5%.
