This is a non-sequitur. It doesn't follow from the premise that free will is not possible. It's true that all our actions and their consequences are God's creation, but this doesn't mean they contradict the free will he endowed us with. God creates a sequence of actions which are exactly those an individual will undertake with his own free will. There is nothing logically contradictory about this operation, and it's trivial for an all-powerful being to do it.
Oh, rubbish. You can’t have it both ways. If actions and consequences are God’s creation, then God has always known that some people are going to Hell, no matter what they do - they are unable to make choices that will prevent their going to Hell, because all of these so-called ‘choices’ have already been made FOR them.
And - to return to the topic - this is the very quintessence of evil: to knowingly create people for the express purpose of seeing them eternally damned.
