No, you can't justify anything. Peter Singer's ideas are bullshit Philospher or not. 

Peter Singer is a respectable moral philosopher who honestly defended raping disabled people, his argument is based on utilitarian ideas. I respect him because he's courageous enough to handle the consequences of his atheism, and what the absence of religious morality leads to.

Atheism does not lead to arbitrary morality. 

Come on, don't be a coward. Just breathe and say that out loud : Bestiality/child rape is arbitrary and defendable under atheism. I know that you, deep inside, would love to see bestiality legalized.

The news is constantly filled with religious fundamentalists and religious leaders doing immoral things such as raping and killing children.

When was the last time you saw a headline that read, Man behaves immorally because of atheism?

I don't think news headlines are a good basis to make an argument. 99% of stuff we read about religious leaders doing bad stuff is complete hoax or exaggerations. And rumors like some religious leader commiting rape often have political motives to discredit him completely.
