I said these were strong arguments against deism. This is because I don't believe the counter arguments against them are all too strong. Just making it plausible, and giving us reasons perhaps why he would not send guidance. If I believed any of them were obvious and conclusive, then I wouldn't believe that these were strong arguments against deism.
The intuition of humans that believe in God is to be believe in religion.. Atheism is also the intuition after disbelieving in religions also because people expect God to have sent guidance.
I admit Deism is counter-intuitive. However that is why I believe you ought to search all religions and see if any of them are convincing before you are a deist.
All I was doing was giving an argument as to why deism can remain a logical position as opposed to either a religion or atheism.
I also believe the problem of suffering/evil is a strong argument and theodicy is a weak counter argument, but never the less, theodicy makes it not a illogical position to be agnostic or theist or deist.
Also, the arguments I made are not only arguments for deism, but can be arguments for agnostics towards God whom deny all religions to be true. If guidance must be sent if God existed and it was an obvious fact, then being agnostic (weak atheist) would be illogical if they believed all religions to be man made.
