What I don't understand is why the unvaccinated who get COVID are going to hospital - they don't trust doctors, they don't trust nurses, they don't trust modern pharmacology, so why go where all the things you mistrust are concentrated?
Maybe you should just erect big pavilions in fields and pastures for these people to go to. Once there, they could be looked after by people with no medical training, but have done Google searches on 'how to care for people with infections respiratory diseases' and skipped the first 1000 results.
