I'm not sure who is saying that it's "getting too PC" to not want to be groped by a stranger in public, but those are people whose opinions I would probably not take too seriously on any matter.
Saying it's an asshole move is an understatement. It's not funny, and you could see on her face she was like "WTF?" I feel for her. Not cool.

We have a real double standard when it comes to contact. If a woman complains about being touched inappropriately, people want to brush it aside. But if she actually likes it, then she's a dirty, filthy skank.

What he did is wrong, wrong, WRONG, no question about it. But people are posting his personal info online, which is decidedly not cool. I'm not excusing what he did, but posting where this guy works and lives is an invitation to vigilantism.
Since he's known, the proper course is for the woman to file an assault charge.
