Indecent exposure charges filed against trans woman over LA spa incident. Turns out this wasn't all a hoax after all like I was told on here, and the trans woman has been on the sex offender registry since 2006 for indecent exposure in 2002 and 2003.
Where does it say it was a little girl? Your original conniption was over trans women messing with children at spas. This article is about indecent exposure charges. Doesn't seem to say it was aimed at any little girls.
