I'm a little confused by this collection of links and gobblede-gook. Didn't we have this out with Rayaan and Ruhollah and so forth - and don't they admit that having sex with 9 year old girls is permissible in the Quran?
Is this being denied now?
**need some clarification**
Well I can't comment as to what Rayaan and Ruhollah admitted, because I have not read that. Either way, as for the collection of links, they are presentations of research on the subjects of human rights, women's rights, violence, and a couple of more, most likely those which you encountered while living in the "Muslim world." The point is to illustrate that there is more to Islam than what Muslims (regardless of the verity of their claim) do. The articles are well-researched, well-read and have been positively received by people of different stripes.
As for the age of 'Aa-isha at marriage, it is a disputed claim, not an established fact. I will paste part of a discussion by a scholar, discussing the various reports about her age, as well as their veracity and the reputation of the narrators. It's admittedly difficult to read because Arabic- especially old Arabic- has a rhetorical style that does not translate easily into English. If I had the 'Arabic original I could do a better job, but I don't. Here goes, for what it's worth:
In fact, you know what, it's very long (6 pages). So here's the link. Scroll halfway down and read from there. This is the most thorough discussion I have ever read on the matter, so it's worth the effort to decipher:

No, it's not spam at all. I am here to stay, if you'll have me.
Please pardon me for annoying you; I didn't notice that this thread was old. In fact, I was looking for Khomeini quotes for a different reason. When I came across this one, I found it so ridiculous that I had to respond. I don't hide the fact that I am a Muslim, which means I am as biased as all of you, but perhaps differently so. I hope that when we put all the different angles from which we are looking together, we can form a picture that is clear to all.
I really want to re-iterate the fact that Muslims do not revere Ruhollah Khomeini in any way, only a small sect of Shi'as...
Peace...
