God would rather you masturbate than have sex with strange females. If you can't find a consistent sex partner, you're better off going solo. This is not unjustified.......the more females you have sex with, the greater your risk of getting a disease, plus getting a bunch of females pregnant would be a nightmare. God is just watching out for you, when He wants to "restrict" your sex life. Although you're free to do what you want. I know a lot of people would rather act like monkeys than dignified human beings.
