Um, nobody is denying him due process. But contempt of court gets you arrested at a minimum. This is far worse.
YOU want to deny him due process. There’s a better than average chance he’ll be arrested, the the process has to be gone through first.

NO, I do not. Even with a mere traffic ticket, when you sign the paperwork after being pulled over, you are not admitting to guilt, you are just agreeing to show up to your court date. Not showing up for even a traffic ticket is a crime. Showing up to any court case, major or minor, isn't an admission of guilt, it is simply an expectation, when called, accused, or witness, that you show up.
If everyone got to ignore a traffic ticket or court order to show up, there would be no law at all.
If Bannon shows up, he doesn't have to say a word, that is what our 5th is for. But you still have to show up. He committed a crime by ignoring a congressional subpoena. Hillary didn't ignore congress when she was called.
