Does this custom sound familiar? Christmas!! The lord told us not to do it, because this was done by the heathens in babylon for Nimrod well before Christ!!!!! Today's christianity is wrong!!!
Truth just for the record note that the text is from the Old Testament and thus pre-christian in origin.And it is not a reference to a christmas tree it is referring specifically to the worship of idols made by man.If you would have quoted the previous verse it is God speaking to the nation of Israel.And if you would have kept reading further down to the 14th verse it is clear that he is speaking about idol worship.Besides christians dont worship the christmas tree.
