Parody and satire and criticism are covered under "fair use". As long as you are not passing yourself off as the real artist, person, business, whatever, you can use their images or words. Basically when someone makes a bullshit lawsuit over those things, they are merely arguing they don't like being offended.

What are you on about? The lawsuit has nothing to do with parody, satire or criticism.
