What? If someone sued Weird Al over his album cover, I think that has everything to do with it.

What awty said. No one is suing Yankovic (not over this, at least). Spencer Elden, who was the baby on the original cover, is suing the surviving members of Nirvana because his image was used without his permission (even though he was four months old at the time).
