What awty said. No one is suing Yankovic (not over this, at least). Spencer Elden, who was the baby on the original cover, is suing the surviving members of Nirvana because his image was used without his permission (even though he was four months old at the time).

Weird  Al only parodied the original cover of the Nirvana Album. Now if you are talking about the original Nirvana Album jacket, that is a separate issue. I don't think we are in disagreement.
