I tend to agree. My PZ is only 2 years old.
As luck would have it, I have an eighth generation i5 processor. I got that even though it's more than enough for my needs. With the SSD storage and only into a 200GB partition, I have very fast machine.
I'm perfectly happy with Windows 10. In terms of my needs, I thought XP was just dandy.
