I'm actually referring to what we call 'Bikies'. Here in SA, several of the clubs were declared criminal organisations. These chaps are very bit as nasty as anything in the US. That law was actually thrown out of court for being unconstitutional.
Years ago, we had a police section called "The Consorting Squad". Nothing to do with prostitution, it was their task to stop convicted criminals from consorting with non criminals.
