For what it’s worth, AD Dave Halls also insists that Baldwin never pulled the trigger.

"Dave has told me since the very first day I met him that Alec did not pull that trigger," Halls' attorney, Lisa Torraco, told ABC News' Kaylee Hartung in an exclusive interview airing Thursday on "Good Morning America." "His finger was never in the trigger guard."

Make of that what you will. Maybe he’s lying, maybe he and Baldwin have changed their memories to keep themselves sane, maybe he unconsciously pulled it, or maybe the gun was just in that shit of a condition that it developed a hair trigger. We don’t know for sure yet.
