Look you moron, you stated...
*emphasis mine*
The range instructor clearly stated it was an EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION.
I'm also curious to what "stupid shit" you think the guy did to cause the weapon to fire?
How the hell would he know if it was " equipment malfunction" without disassembling and examining the firearm ? Answer - he wouldn' t. He said that for benefit of the camera.
You need changing Huggies.
You're full.
How he 'KNEW' is because he saw that the guys finger was not on the trigger, if the gun fires without your finger being on the trigger, it is an obvious malfunction, he is LITERALLY standing right there looking at the guy handle the weapon. Hell, you can see his finger is clearly resting on the side of the weapon just before he inserts the magazine.

I do. I have one that I built from parts. ( no two parts from same gun. ) I have 50+ years experience with them. I even qualified expert with one in the service.
I literally know these guns inside and out.
You? You saw a motherfucking video.....
In what world is video not evidence?
You seen video evidence of a gun discharging 'spontaneously', yet your cognitive dissonance won't allow you to admit you were mistaken.
