Why are you hiding behind children?


Nothing says "my arguement sucks" more than linking it to " save the children".

Your new law still allows older people to smoke around children....

It’s not ‘hiding behind’ children or anything else. One of the reasons specifically give for thei proposed law is to reduce the incidence of childhood asthma induced by secondhand smoke.

Yes, people will still be able to legally give their children asthma, bronchitis, and cancer. For now. The proposed law is another step in a programme to eradicate legal tobacco from these islands.
