I didn't like this headline - it implied that "only" white-tailed deer from Canada are affected, when the research was originally about Iowa deer.  3 animals in Quebec have now tested positive, so it is likely everywhere in the population.

I don’t think it implies that at all. If a headline read ‘Murder Rates Rise In Mumbai’, would it imply that Mumbai is the only place where murder rates are rising?
