And when has that EVER happened?

Well, dissidents would be rooted out, I would imagine.

That's just it.

If the evangelicals and dominionists in the US got their way, it would leads to an Islamic State/Teliban-type regime but with their version of "christian values".

Women would once again be basically property.
Education/science a thing of the past.
"Dissidents" (read: non-believers, wrong thinkers, and anyone who didn't agree with the regime) would be jailed or worse.
And there would likely be a massive war in the ME as the regime gets Israel to fight wars. After all, the main reason evangelicals support Israel is that they see this as a way of forcing the "end times" on everyone.

And, with 10,000+ denominations of christianity in the world, the likelihood of your version being in charge is remote.

And that would make you one of the dissidents.

I'd fight such a thing tooth and nail, and I suggest you do the same.
