One silly argument recently made the rounds among Transphobes is demanding trans women define women. This is silly of course as this falsely assumes you need to define something to identify as something ultimately in terms of gender Women will always be an open and individual matter. Ultimately a woman in terms of gender is anyone who identifies as one. Transphobes will complain that this definition is circular as it's not useful or doesn't add anything. This is false as it adds the fact that women in terms of gender is an identity and it's useful because it is accurate and open-ended thus avoiding exclusions. Of course, Transphobes will never be happy with this because they are sex essentialists who fanatically cling to their essentialism regardless

To add to this point don't ask trans people to define women. instead, ask them their experience and simply accept that that's their experience of womanhood.
