You know, fuck Pence, and fuck the people claiming he's standing up for democracy. This guy was at the centre of a criminal conspiracy to end democracy in your country. Did he call the FBI? No. Did he go to the media to alert the public? No. Did he resign in protest as a matter of conscience? No. He waited in the wings to see if Trump's coup would succeed. When it didn't, he threw in with the winning side.

I am not going to shed any tears for Pence, but I think he was trying to save himself...literally. Trump had an angry mob convinced that Pence was the only person who could turn the vote around. I think he waited to say anything till he felt he and family might be safe from the knuckle-draggers in the MAGA hats.
