Florida is doing the same. Originally, the don't say gay bill they wrote had an exemption for outing kids if they thought a kids wellbeing may be jeopardized by informing their parents. Magats saw that and figured they could make it shittier, so they got rid of that exemption. As the bill reads now, educators will have a duty to report, and to enforce it.....drumroll please.....parents as bounty hunters suing the school.
