I'm not sure that's right. Weren't they shooting at the boyfriend, who fired the first shot, and missed and hit Breonna?
It’s right. The only one of the three cops charged was Hankinson. He fired (from inside the flat) through a patio door, the rounds going into a neighbour’s flat. No one was ever charged with shooting or killing Ms. Taylor.
