I understand Amazon and other companies trying to cut down on cardboard and using smaller/lighter plastic bag mailers instead. What I don't understand is why I will receive something that's virtually unbreakable in a much too large box with forty air bags to protect it but when I order a jar of conditioner for my hair they send it in basically a baggie. My conditioner came with the jar broken and the box filled with conditioner.
I know the next time I order thread or fabric it will come wrapped up like it's actually made of glass. The thread I got today was in a bubble-lined envelope. SMH. Common sense isn't so common any more.
