What if they convict and execute the wrong person, at least a person in jail can be released and paid compensation, can't do that to a dead body
No chance of that being an issue in ksa's case. They executed exactly the people they wanted to - guilt or innocence wasn't a factor. Nor, for that matter, were prison conditions.
