1. This criticism rest on the unfounded assumption that an "old white guy " can't bring about change. 

2. It also rests on the assumption that a person with relatives who are persons of colour will bring about change.

3. Voting for a moderate Conservative like Obama means little.

Of course an old white guy could bring about change. Trouble is, Bernie is unelectable.
