Sadly enough, Trump does qualify for burial at Arlington (all former presidents do, because of the ‘Commander in Chief’ role).
Interestingly enough, though, the idea of Trump’s burial there was disturbing enough that a bill - The No Glory For Hate Act - was introduced last year to prevent it. While it didn’t mention Trump by name, it would have prohibited the interment of any president who has been impeached twice. Died in committee.
