Laugh at me as you wish, but I've found over the years that most of my issues are user-end.
I have worked in IT for 30 years. My dad, who died in 2013, once called me up, asking, "Where the Any Key was?" Until then, I thought that such was only an IT myth, tech folklore. I told my father to just press the spacebar.
