Here's the list of acts that counted as racketeering in the trial. Also worth noting, the Mann Act, while it has been used for a lot of bullshit reasons, it has been amended since it was used to tar and feather Jack Johnson for crossing state lines with his white wife, it has since been amended (most notably in 1986) to make it specifically about "any sexual activity for which any person can be charged with a criminal offense" rather than the sort of wishy-washy bullshit that they could use to make any excuse to fuck with black people (like crossing state lines with your white wife). And given the shit that's on the list of acts, I think it's safe to say that was actually good for once.
